LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION
“Organización de Telecomunicaciones de Iberoamérica, A.C.” (hereinafter, “OTI”), with an address of Av. Vasco de Quiroga 2000, Colonia Santa Fe, Delegación Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01210, México, D.F., is dedicated to protecting the personal information provided by its users (hereinafter, “Personal Information”) and is the party responsible for its Processing (this term shall be defined below) when it is collected through the website www.otitelecom.org (hereinafter, the “Website”), print media and/or by telephone (hereinafter, “Other Means”).
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
OTI may request and/or collect through the Website and Other Means, Personal Information from users for the purposes provided below; as well as to comply with any legal provisions requiring such, or when requested by competent authorities (hereinafter, “Processing”). OTI and/or any other third party who intervenes at any Personal Information Processing stage shall maintain confidentiality when they are of such nature, in conformance with the applicable legal provisions in the United Mexican States (hereinafter, “Mexico”).

OTI shall respond to users’ requests in a term no greater than 20 business days as from the date on which the corresponding request was received, through the email provided for such purpose.
